When life feels hard, you need to slow down with Cathy Jacob, Leadership Expert and Author

Is life dishing out more slog than inspiration these days?

Do you feel rushed, overwhelmed and chronically behind? Are you constantly cycling between stress, guilt and exhaustion? Do you have the sense that stuff keeps getting in the way of you achieving your potential?

I write for people like you - people hungry to grow, who care about their impact and who want less slog and more inspiration in their lives. I write for busy people who want to make a difference but can’t seem to get out of their own way. I write for people who feel their work life and family life are at war and they are the collateral damage.

When living in the real world is tougher than you thought, I offer inspiration, tools and resources to challenge your thinking and inspire change.

Are you ready to let go of slog and be inspired?

I'm Cathy Jacob, your guide on this quest

I’m Cathy Jacob, writer, coach and work-in-progress.

For me, living an inspired life is about pursuing what you love and loving your life while you do it. It’s creating a healthy, mutually supportive relationship between work, family and leisure. It’s taking life in slow sips and savoring as much as possible. Exploring how to do that is what I do here.

I am a writer, coach and co-founder of Fire Inside Leadership. After two decades of coaching leaders on how to inspire while navigating the challenges of demanding careers and lives, I’ve created this site to share the best of what I’ve learned from my courageous clients and leaders in the fields of psychology, leadership, philosophy and neuroscience on what it takes to live an inspired life.
